Cancellation: 7 days prior notice to arrival, less $25 fee, for cancellations to room reservations. In the event of a cancellation, seven days notice must be given, otherwise the entire stay will be processed on the credit card. Guests who arrive after their confirmed arrival date or who depart before their confirmed departure date will be charged the full rate unless the accommodation is resold for that booked period.

Sorry, we do not allow pets, but would happily arrange kennel services if desired. We do accept service dogs.
Rollway Beds & Cribs
Only 2 rollaway beds available please book well in advance.
Parking is available for $9/night plus taxes. Please reserve a space at time of room reservation, as the number of spaces is limited.
We have under gone extensive renovations since Jan 1 2015. All of our rooms have new flooring, new beds, new linens, new A/C units, new Furniture. More renovations to come in the flowing year. Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to 13% H.S.T. taxes. Rates based on double occupancy and increase $10.00 for each additional person. Children under the age of 12 stay complimentary with an adult. We are completely non-smoking as of January 1st 2006. Charges to your credit card may occur at time of booking or upon arrival at your destination subject to the type of booking.
All bookings made through the Regional Reservation System, except accommodation only bookings, will be charged to your credit card in FULL at the time of booking (i.e. there are no (further) deposits required) by Regional Tourism Accommodation – Stratford.
Accommodation Only Bookings: For accommodation only bookings (i.e.: no attractions/tickets booked along with accommodation) the individual property payment, deposit and cancellation policies that appear will apply. Accommodation only bookings do not include vouchers. Please check in directly with the accommodator upon arrival.
Attraction Bookings/ Vouchers: ALL ATTRACTION SALES ARE FINAL. Attraction vouchers are PRINTABLE by the customer. Clicking on the “PRINT VOUCHER” button beside each attraction in the confirmation e-mail will allow you to conveniently print off your voucher(s). If you have any issues printing your voucher please contact the help desk at 1-888-559-5077. Vouchers are required for admission to attractions. The vouchers are not transferable or replaceable and cannot be redeemed for cash at the Vendor/Attraction.
Parking: Additional fees and/or reservations may be required for parking at some properties.
No Transfers: Your booking is non- transferable.
Trip Cancellation Insurance: Meridian Ticketing Enterprises does not provide Trip Cancellation Insurance. If you wish to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance, please contact a travel agency. Please note that such insurance must be purchased on the same date as this booking.
Out of Province Health Insurance:Meridian Ticketing Enterprises/RTO4 recommends that all travelers, especially those residing outside of Ontario, purchase health insurance. Please contact your insurance agent to purchase this insurance.
Personal Information: As a Canadian company, (RTO4) is now required by law to gain the express (rather than implied) consent of the owner of the personal information on this form, to access and use the information to make the reservation. We are also required to inform the owner of the personal information submitted on this form, that we will be sharing the personal information provided, with the vendor you have booked. If you are completing this form on behalf of another person we require the consent of that person to pass on their details to the vendor. By ticking the check box below you are accepting the terms and condition of this reservation and you are in addition:
1. Confirming that you are the owner of the personal information contained in this form; and
2. Giving your express consent to (RTO4 or agent) to share this information with the vendor you have chosen and with (RTO4).
